ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Colour helps us remember objects, influences our purchases and sparks our emotions. But did you know that objects do not possess colour? They reflect wavelengths of light that are seen as colour by the human brain.
"Responsive Eye" is a body of work by Olorunyemi Kolapo Obadiah (kingdiah), curated by Susa Garrido which is inspired by physics theories and focus on the perceptual aspects of art, which result both from the illusion of movement and the interaction of colour relationships that heightens the sensitivity of the eye while at the same time providing a restful solace.
